How Freyr Technology Canada Inc. collects, uses and protects personal information.
Last updated 3 August 2026.
Freyr Technology Canada Inc. ("Freyr", "we", "us") operates freyrtech.ca and provides dedicated NVIDIA compute capacity from facilities in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
We only collect what you choose to give us through our contact form:
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes.
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether our capacity is a genuine fit for your workload, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. If you tick the optional marketing consent box, we may also contact you about capacity availability and deployment timelines. That consent is separate, optional, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only where necessary to run the business:
Some of these providers operate outside Canada, which means your enquiry data may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be accessible to foreign authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions. This applies to enquiry data submitted through this website. It does not apply to customer workloads running on Freyr hardware, which stay in the Vancouver facilities.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you unless you become a customer or the law requires otherwise.
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email john.kinash@freyrtech.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly.
